Split up
We often use footnotes and tags to thank people and projects that have contributed to or influenced our work.
In the past, the sharing of proceeds had to be done manually by the project sponsor, a process that relied on trust and coordination, and sometimes required extensive paperwork and legal counsel. We have replaced the social contract with cryptographic algorithms, and these rules cannot be tampered with.
To a certain extent, the cryptographic algorithm-based sharing strategy redefines what collaboration is. Collaboration in the traditional sense requires that everyone is physically together and usually has a common goal. The split strategy makes it so easy to cite and motivate participants that they may almost forget that they are involved in the project.
At Cocrea, you can develop your project's split strategy and let the creators involved in your project participate in the share. When your content is distributed through the Internet, all user interactions (reading, subscribing, gifting, etc.) will be converted into token rewards that will belong to you and to the partners who participate in the share.
Stay tuned, more details will be available.
